HandSpun Yarn
My yarn is hand spun from our flock of long-wool sheep, mostly Border Leicester. These sheep have long,
lustrous wool with a silky handle that is a joy to spin.
My husband does the shearing and I skirt and wash all the fleeces.
The wool is then sent away for carding and comes back to me in about eight ounce balls ready to spin. I do all my spinning on
a Lendrum Saxony wheel.
Hand dyed colorways include: Aurora,Canaan,
Maple Spring, and Red House.

All yarn is worsted weight.
Skeins are at least 6 Oz (170g)
and yield approx. 180 Yd (165m) of
yarn.
